Rachael is a second-year undergraduate student pursuing her B.A. with honors in Psychology concentrating in Clinical & Behavioral Health. She is also majoring in Health, Medicine, & Society with a concentration in Behavior, Culture, & Society. Rachael's research interests are in equitable mental healthcare access for children in the juvenile justice system, and its effects on reincarceration rates. As a research assistant, she hopes to address systemic improvement strategies to better mental healthcare quality, delivery, and effectiveness, specifically amongst marginalized communities.
